It drives home the point that most inspirational literature only brushes the mountain tops of, with all their pretty but brief glimpses into successful peoples minds. The brutal reality is behind every creative is not only occasional brilliant insights into ideas that can change the world, but also ever present is all the demons of of self - defeat and subsequent injustices experienced (and often practiced) by those creatives. Organizational skills which allow for success are the tools which allow one to prioritize and effect the accomplishment of stated (and unstated) goals brought about by both the brilliant and mundane of ideas.
